IntelliChart™ Desktop Subscriber Agreement

This is the Subscriber Agreement for using Global-View.com's  IntelliChart™ Desktop (referred to as the "product(s)" within this agreement). Usage of the product means that the subscriber or product user agrees to the following Payment/Cancellation Policy, Disclaimer, Terms, and Conditions of Global-View.com.

Payment/Cancellation Policy

§ Trial Period

IntelliChart™ Desktop offers a 7-day free trial, no-risk. Your credit card will be automatically charged US$100.00 (US dollars) at the end of this 7-day trial, provided we do not receive a request for cancellation. Should you opt to cancel the subscription, simply email support@fxtrek.com with your request of cancellation, including your IntelliChart™ Desktop ID and email address, on or before the end of your 7-day trial. If the cancellation request is received after the 7-day trial period, the US$100 charge is non-refundable.

§ Membership

IntelliChart™ Desktop membership is based on a monthly subscription. * You are pre-billed (non-refundable) for the month of service. If you choose to cancel before the end of the month's billing, credit will not be issued. Service will remain active through the end of the pre-billed monthly period. Each billing period starts from the same day of the month that your credit card is initially charged; this is called your renewal day. The credit card payment process is facilitated by the service of Authorize.net, and the charge is made on the first day of each billing period or your renewal day. The IntelliChart™ Desktop monthly subscription will be automatically renewed and billed each renewal day unless you notify us to cancel at least three (3) business days prior to your upcoming renewal day. Please send your cancellation request with your user name to support@fxtrek.com.

If you paid for service on January 15th, you will automatically be billed on February 15th, and then on March 15th etc. If you choose to cancel before your next renewal date, you will need to do so via e-mail by the 12th of the month (or earlier).

NOTE: After your cancellation has been confirmed, you will still be able to use your paid service up until your renewal day.

Quarterly Payment/Cancellation Policy

Quarterly Payment (3 months of service) is available for those users paying by wiring funds or check. The quarterly payment plan is non-refundable. At the end of the paid service (approximately 2-weeks prior to completion of the paid service), an email notification will be sent to alert the user and offer the ability to renew. If a renewal notice is not received by date of cancellation, the account will automatically be closed with the option to reinstate at a later date. Please send your renewal request with your user ID to support@fxtrek.com.

Desktop Software License

The login settings for Desktop service are unique. If more than one person is using the software , access will be denied. There is a US$10.00 fee per additional user per month at one IP address. Please email us at Billing@FXtrek.com to enable access for more than one computer located at the same IP address. If the Desktop software is to be used at different IP address (e.g. home and office), a second subscription to the software must be purchased.
